Orders are processed and handed to our delivery partner within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including major cities and remote areas, through our logistics and fulfillment partner.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination region:

Riyadh and Makkah

1 to 2 business days

Madinah, Eastern Province, and Qassim

2 to 3 business days

Asir, Tabuk, Hail, and Al-Bahah

3 to 5 business days

Jazan, Najran, Al-Jawf, and Northern Borders

3 to 7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, regional logistics conditions, or high-demand periods such as national holidays.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping is currently free across all covered areas within Saudi Arabia unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery

All orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is collected by our delivery agent at the time your order is handed over. Please have the exact or close amount ready to make the process smoother.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive delivery updates via WhatsApp or the contact number provided at checkout. If you have not received an update within the estimated delivery window, contact us directly.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery agent is unable to reach you or complete delivery after reasonable attempts, including due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal without valid reason, the order may be returned to our facility. Re-delivery may be arranged, and repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout. ZARWAH SHOP is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partner to meet estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, regional disruptions, or courier capacity. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
